1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using noKIom ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
noKIom provides a controlled payment infrastructure that enables AI agents to make authorized transactions within user-defined limits. Users fund a wallet, receive a tokenized URL, and grant their agents permission to spend at participating merchants.
3. User Obligations
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your agent's tokenized URL
- You must not use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- You must not attempt to circumvent spending limits or security controls
4. Spending Limits and Controls
Users set spending limits for their agents. noKIom enforces these limits programmatically. Transactions exceeding set limits will be declined. Users may revoke agent access at any time. noKIom is not liable for losses resulting from insufficient limits or delayed revocation.
5. Fees
noKIom may charge fees for transactions, account maintenance, or premium features. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, noKIom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
